A 30A Yacht Charter

30A is thirty-odd miles of two-lane road, white dune lines, and towns that each keep their own character. Most of a 30A vacation happens within walking distance of where you are staying.

A yacht charter is the day you leave that radius.

Zen Marine Charter serves guests throughout the corridor aboard Lovin' Life, a 57' Prestige 550 Flybridge with room for up to twelve guests. A professional captain and steward are aboard for the duration. The vessel is private to your group.

What 30A guests tend to want from it is not a boat ride. It is the coast seen from the one angle a beach week does not offer, with somebody else handling every part of it.

What the Day Looks Like

Charters depart from Baytowne Marina in Miramar Beach and head east along the coast you have been walking all week.

Dune Allen Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach pass one after another. From the water the corridor reads differently. The dune lines run unbroken, the rooftops sit low behind them, and the differences between the towns become obvious in a way they never are from the road.

Offshore, the Gulf deepens into the green the coast is named for.

Turn west instead and the day goes toward Crab Island, where the water goes pale and shallow and the afternoon slows down to swimming.

Dolphins move through these waters. Some afternoons they surface alongside the hull. Some afternoons they do not.

Late in the day the light drops and the water flattens. It is the hour most guests remember.

Why Full Day Suits 30A Guests

Half-day and sunset charters are available and work well for guests staying closer to the marina.

For 30A specifically, the full day is usually the better fit. Guests are driving in from the corridor, and a full day means the drive buys an unhurried afternoon rather than a tight window. There is time to run the coast, anchor, swim, eat, sit still, and still be out for the light at the end.

The eastern communities are the strongest case for it. From Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Inlet Beach, the drive to the marina is long enough that a compressed charter can feel like it ended before it settled.

The Communities We Serve

Zen Marine Charter serves guests staying anywhere along 30A. Each community has its own page:

Best For

30A charters suit luxury vacation groups, family gatherings, milestone celebrations, bachelorette trips, and guests staying in private beach homes or resort properties along the corridor.

Twelve guests is the maximum aboard Lovin' Life, which fits most private parties and extended families comfortably.

Groups renting a large home together often find a charter is the one day everyone does the same thing.

Where Your Charter Begins

Charters depart from Baytowne Marina at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach.

For guests at the western end of 30A the drive is short. From the eastern communities it is longer, and we plan departure timing with that in mind so nobody is rushing the morning.

Parking is easy and the walk to the slip is short.

Departure time, routing, and the shape of the day are confirmed with you before the charter, built around weather, tide, and what your group wants out of it.

Planning Your Charter

We recommend reaching out early. Preferred dates fill first in season, and full days go before anything else.

If your group is still deciding between a full day, a half day, or a sunset charter, tell us your dates and where you are staying. The right answer usually follows from those two things.

Your Day on the Water

Private charters aboard Lovin' Life, departing Baytowne Marina for guests along 30A. Up to twelve guests, captain and steward aboard.

Tell us your dates and where you are staying. We will confirm what is open.
